HISTORY
Our company was founded more than twenty years ago with the desire to create an organized modern and specialized reality of international business in the field of exhibitions all over the euro zone. Since then, we have grown and expanded, both in terms of scope and personnel. Thanks to partners all over the world and an international mix of influences, we try to preserve enthusiasm, modernity and relevance in every environment.

Our board directors and partners are the two brothers of Pacifico's family.
Riccardo Pacifico, technical diploma of building surveyor, has more than twentyfive years of experience in the international exhibition sector, both as a designer and as a technical with a "strong orientation" to customer / commercial satisfaction, runs the business, coordinates the team that deals with new prospects, taking care of the aspects related to the projects and the concepts to be tailored to each client, he manages the company and supervises all the phases from the design, production and construction, as well as numerous commercial and marketing initiatives, and he takes care of and builds on a consolidated client portfolio.
Dr. Edoardo Pacifico has a consolidated business-to-business experience with multinational companies (Generali group, Funk gruppe, etc.), graduated from the department of Law, as a Business Legal Expert, Certified Insurance Broker, and at the Polytechnic of Milan CINEAS, title of Enterprise Risk Manager.
He is using his own "know how" not only to manage the various economic-legal activities, but also the strategic ones concerning the company organization, marketing, the search for new talent, etc .; all in order to structure and grow Masters S.r.l. from a quantitative and qualitative points of view.

Our staff is made up of professionals with different experience and skill like architects, designers, technicals, graphics, printers, carpenters, assemblers, fitters, electricians, painters, ecc., we deal with every project with freshness and vitality, putting all our skills at our disposal every time.
